Congratulations to the Copenhagen restaurants Den Roede Cottage, Geranium, Groenbech & Churchill and Relae all of whom have been awarded their first Michelin star in The Michelin guide to the Main Cities of Europe, which goes on sale today.
Noma missed out on a third star. Still, two stars and being named the World’s Best Restaurant two years running isn’t too shabby.
